This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") governs how we, Bloq Quantum Pvt Ltd (together, "Bloq", "we", "our" or "us") use, collect, and store Personal Data we collect or receive from or about you ("you") in connection with your use of our platform, website, and services.

Depending on which features of Bloq's Platform you use, we collect different kinds of information. This Personal Information is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you. If this information will not be provided, you may not be able to use our Platform.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY OF QUANTUM DATA & PLATFORM CONTENT
As a quantum platform, we understand the sensitive nature of the proprietary data, code, and quantum circuits you may upload, generate, or run on our Services.
Bloq treats all user-uploaded proprietary data, code, and quantum circuits as strictly confidential. We do not use your private algorithms, quantum circuits, or proprietary code to train our public models or share them with unauthorized third parties. This data is strictly processed to provide the computing Services requested by you.
4. HOW WE PROTECT AND RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION
4.1 Security: We have implemented appropriate technical, organizational and security measures designed to protect your Personal Data. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the information will not be compromised as a result of unauthorized penetration to our servers. As the security of information depends in part on the security of the computer, device or network you use to communicate with us, please make sure to take appropriate measures to protect this information.
4.2 Retention: We generally retain your data for as long as we need it to provide you with our Services, until we proactively delete it, or until you send us a valid deletion request. - With our business partners and service providers (such as Azure, Razorpay, Mailmeteor, and Google) to operate our platform and provide you with the Services.

- In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we reserve the right to transfer, disclose, or assign your Personal Data in connection with the foregoing events.

Deleting your account: Should you ever decide to delete your account, you may do so by emailing hello@bloq.in. If you terminate your account, any association between your account and Personal Data we store will no longer be accessible through your account.
7. USE BY MINORS
We do not offer our products or services for use by children. If you are under 18, you may not use the Website, or provide any information to the Website without involvement of a parent or a guardian. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of eighteen (18).
8. INTERACTION WITH THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS
We enable you to interact with third-party websites, software applications, and products or services that are not owned or controlled by us (e.g., Razorpay for payments, Google for authentication). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such Third-Party Services.
9. ANALYTIC TOOLS
Google Analytics: The Website uses "Google Analytics" to collect information about use of the Website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this Website and what pages they visit. We use the information we get from Google Analytics to maintain and improve the Website. You may prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics by downloading and installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
10. SPECIFIC PROVISIONS APPLICABLE UNDER CALIFORNIA PRIVACY LAW (CCPA)
10.1 California Privacy Rights: California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 10.2 Deletion Of Content: If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and a registered user, you may request to remove content or Personal Information you have publicly posted by emailing hello@bloq.in.
